K53 PRACTISE is an independent educational service that helps users practise for their South African learner's licence test. It is not an official government or licensing department website. Passing an official test is not guaranteed.
Users must provide accurate registration information, protect their login details and use their accounts personally. Account access restrictions may apply.
One successful payment provides 31 days of paid access. The period begins when access is activated after payment verification. Access expires after 31 days unless the user chooses to pay again.
Payments do not renew automatically. Users must choose to make another payment if they want another access period.
K53 PRACTISE's intended policy is that a paid access period is considered used once the user begins using the paid service. Answering even one question counts as use. We do not ordinarily offer refunds after the service has been used.
This policy does not exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.
Payments will be processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. Paid access is activated only after successful payment verification.
Users must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to bypass account or access restrictions.
Features and learning materials may be updated. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
